1.Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to anyone who visits or uses the Payvendors website at payvendors.in (“this website”). By using this website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use this website.
Payvendors products that process real payments, bookings or payouts are offered under separate agreements presented when you sign up for them. Nothing on this website creates a merchant account, a customer account or any entitlement to a payment service.
2.What this website is
This website describes the Payvendors platform and lets you walk through its product flows as sandbox demonstrations. A demonstration is any screen marked with the “Sandbox demo” badge and the line “Demo environment — no real transaction is performed.” In a demonstration:
- no payment is collected, no recharge or bill payment is made and no payout is sent;
- no train, flight or hotel booking is made and no ticket, PNR or voucher is issued;
- no account, login session or API key is created — the keys shown are labelled test values;
- identifiers, amounts and names are generated in your browser from fixed sample data;
- nothing you type is transmitted to us or stored by us.
Receipts, tickets and statements produced by a demonstration are stamped “Sandbox” and have no value. Do not present them to any operator, carrier, bank or authority.
3.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use this website or its demonstrations to deceive anyone into believing a payment, booking or application took place;
- attempt to interfere with the availability or integrity of this website or its hosting;
- copy or reproduce the design, text or code of this website other than as permitted by law;
- enter other people’s personal or payment details into any form on this website.
4.Information and accuracy
We try to describe the platform accurately and to label every figure or capability that is illustrative. Where a fee, timing or limit is not fixed, this website says that it is shown before you confirm in the real product rather than inventing a number. Content may be updated without notice.
This website does not claim any regulatory authorisation, certification or partnership. Statements about how Payvendors products work are descriptions of intended behaviour and are not warranties.
5.Intellectual property
The Payvendors name, the junction mark, the text, graphics and code of this website belong to Payvendors or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use requires our written permission. Names of mobile operators, billers, railways, airlines and banks that appear as selectable options in demonstrations belong to their respective owners and appear only to make the demonstrations intelligible; their presence does not imply any relationship.
6.Liability
This website is provided “as is”. Because it processes no transactions and stores no data, the main risk to you is relying on a demonstration as if it were real. To the extent permitted by law, Payvendors is not liable for any loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its demonstrations, including any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7.Links to other websites
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and are marked with an outward arrow. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or terms.
8.Governing law and jurisdiction (draft)
It is intended that these terms be governed by the laws of India and that the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This clause is a draft and remains subject to legal review before it is relied upon.
9.Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the “Last reviewed” date at the top shows the current version. Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page.
