Bill payments
Fetch the bill, check it, pay it. One receipt for every utility.
Electricity, water, piped gas, broadband and FASTag from one place. Choose the biller, enter the account number, fetch the bill and pay. The sandbox returns a fixed sample bill so you can see every step.
- Five categories, text-only biller list
- Bill fetched before you pay
- Biller reference on the receipt
Every flow on this page is a sandbox demonstration.
Sandbox flow
Try a bill payment
Pick a category, a biller and an account number. Numbers ending in 00 return a “no dues” sample so you can see that branch too.
Bill payment (simulated)
Sandbox demoDemo environment — no real transaction is performed.
The fetched bill is a sample derived from the account number. The same number always returns the same bill.

Names are listed as options only; no partnership is implied.
Printed on the bill, usually 8 to 12 digits.
Fetched bill
The bill appears here once it is fetched.
Before you start
What you need and what you get
What you need
A category and biller
Five categories. Billers are plain text options, no logo wall and no partnership claims.
The account identifier
Consumer, connection or BP number — or the vehicle registration for FASTag. Each category validates its own format.
A moment to check the bill
The bill is fetched first so you can see the period, units and due date before paying.
What you get
A bill receipt
Order reference, biller reference, bill number and period on one perforated ticket.
Status lookup
The order reference works in the personal hub lookup like every other receipt.
FASTag top-ups too
Tag top-ups use the same flow with the vehicle registration as the identifier.
Fees and timing
Nothing is added after the review step
Amounts and timings below are placeholders for the sandbox. Real values appear on the review screen before you confirm.
| Item | Amount | When it applies |
|---|---|---|
| Bill amount | Shown before you confirm | Always — exactly what the biller reports. |
| Late fee | Shown before you confirm | Only when the biller applies one after the due date; it is part of the fetched bill. |
| Convenience fee | Shown before you confirm | If a payment method carries one, it is listed on the review step. |
How it works
Bill payments in 4 steps
The sandbox above follows exactly these steps, so what you see is what the real flow does.
Choose category and biller
Electricity, water, piped gas, broadband or FASTag, then the biller from a text list.
Enter the identifier
The field label and validation change with the category — a registration number for FASTag, a consumer number for electricity.
Fetch and check the bill
Period, units, due date and amount are shown before you decide to pay.
Pay and keep the receipt
The receipt lists an order reference and a biller reference you can quote to the biller.
Biller directory
