1.This website processes no payments
Every recharge, bill payment, booking, checkout, payout and settlement on payvendors.in is a sandbox demonstration. No money is collected or moved, so no refund can arise from using this website. If you believe you were charged in connection with this website, contact your bank and write to us with the bank narration so we can help you trace it.
2.Principles for the real products
When Payvendors products process real payments, the following principles apply. They are stated here in general terms; the product-specific terms you accept at the time of use take precedence.
- A failed payment is reversed to the source. If money is debited but the service is not delivered, the amount is returned to the payment method it came from. How long the credit takes depends on the bank or payment method, not on Payvendors.
- Refunds follow the service’s own rules. A successful recharge or bill payment is generally final; travel bookings follow the fare or tariff rules shown before confirmation; merchant refunds are initiated by the merchant.
- Every outcome has a reference. A reversal or refund produces a reference that appears on your receipt and can be quoted to support or your bank.
- Charges are shown before you confirm. Any non-refundable component is displayed on the review screen, not discovered afterwards.
3.By service
The table lists how a refund is requested for each service. Refund windows are shown as TBD until confirmed; they are not estimated.
| Service | Refund window | How to request |
|---|---|---|
| Mobile recharge | TBD | Failed recharges reverse automatically; otherwise quote the order reference to support. |
| Bill payments | TBD | Failed payments reverse automatically; disputes about a biller’s posting go to the biller with the receipt. |
| Train booking | TBD | Cancellation follows railway rules; request from the booking receipt. |
| Flight booking | TBD | Cancellation follows the fare rules shown before confirmation; request from the booking receipt. |
| Hotel booking | TBD | Cancellation follows the property’s policy shown before confirmation. |
| Merchant payments (gateway) | Set by the merchant | Refunds are initiated by the merchant you paid; contact them first. |
4.How to raise a refund query
Use the contact page and include the order reference or UTR from your receipt, the amount, the date and, for a bank-side issue, the narration printed on your statement. Never send card numbers, PINs or OTPs. We will tell you who is handling the query and what the next step is.
5.If you disagree with an outcome
If a refund or reversal is declined and you disagree, reply to the decision quoting its reference and we will review it again with a different person. You remain free to raise a dispute with your bank or card issuer, or to pursue any remedy available to you under Indian law. The intended governing law for this policy is the law of India, with courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan; this is a draft pending legal review.
6.Changes
Confirmed refund windows and processing ranges will replace the TBD markers above when the business supplies them, and the “Last reviewed” date at the top will change.
