1.What this policy covers
This policy describes how the Payvendors website at payvendors.in handles information. It covers the pages, forms and sandbox demonstrations on this website only. Payvendors products that process real payments are governed by the terms and privacy notices presented inside those products at the time of use; this website does not process payments.
Where this policy says “we”, it means Payvendors, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Contact details are on the contact page.
2.Information this website does not collect
This website is published as static files and has no server-side application behind it. In practice that means:
- Forms are demonstrations. The enquiry form, the application form on the careers page, the login and onboarding demonstrations and every payment, booking, payout and lookup demo run entirely in your browser. When you press a button that says “demo”, the page simulates a short wait and then tells you plainly that nothing was submitted. No field value is transmitted to us or to anyone else.
- No accounts. You cannot create an account on this website, and no password, OTP or personal identifier you type into a demonstration is checked against a real system or stored.
- No analytics, tags or trackers. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, session-recording tools or social-media widgets on this website.
- No cookies. This website sets no cookies of its own, first-party or third-party.
3.Preferences kept in your browser
A small number of convenience settings are kept in your browser’s own storage (sessionStorage or localStorage). They are written and read only by the page you are viewing, are never sent to us, and you can clear them at any time through your browser’s site-data settings.
| Purpose | Where | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| Remembering that you have dismissed the announcement strip | sessionStorage | Until the browser tab is closed |
| Remembering that the homepage introduction has already played | sessionStorage | Until the browser tab is closed |
| Your choice to pause animations on this website | localStorage | Until you clear site data or turn animations back on |
| Progress through the sandbox onboarding wizard, so the back button does not lose your entries | sessionStorage | Until the browser tab is closed or you choose “Start over” |
None of these values identify you, and none is readable by any other website.
4.Third-party requests
Fonts, scripts, styles and images are served from this website itself. Loading a page does not make requests to font services, content-delivery networks of other companies, or map providers. The schematic map on the contact page is a drawing, not a map tile service.
Links to other websites are marked with an outward arrow. Once you follow one, that website’s own privacy terms apply.
5.Hosting and server logs
Like any website, this one is served by a hosting provider. A hosting provider’s infrastructure may record standard access logs — the requested address, the time, the requesting IP address and the browser’s user-agent string — for security and to keep the service running. We do not combine such logs with any other information or use them to profile visitors.
To be confirmed before publication: the name of the hosting provider, its log retention period and a link to its own privacy notice.
6.When you email or call us
If you write to one of the addresses on the contact page or call the office number, we receive what you choose to send: your name, your email address or phone number, and the content of your message. We use it to answer you and to follow up on what you asked. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not share your message outside Payvendors unless you ask us to or the law requires it.
Please do not include card numbers, PINs, passwords or one-time passcodes in an email; we will never ask for them.
7.Your choices and rights
Because this website stores nothing about you on our side, there is nothing for us to correct or delete from it. Browser-local preferences can be cleared from your browser at any time. For anything you have sent us by email or phone, you can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the address on the contact page. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and will tell you if anything prevents us from acting on a request.
This policy is designed to align with applicable Indian law. It does not claim any specific certification or registration.
8.Changes to this policy
If the way this website works changes — for example, if a form is connected to a real mailbox or an analytics tool is introduced — this policy will be updated first and the “Last reviewed” date at the top will change. The current version is always the one published at this address.
